OUR WANT LIST Properties based on value range listed: $200k - $600k VALUE (after repair value) Now paying 45% - 65%
Please Give Price and Appraisable Value $600k - $1.0M VALUE (after repair value) Now paying 55% - 65%
Please Give Price and Appraisable Value $1.0M - $4.0M (and higher) VALUE (after repair value) Now paying 50% - 55%
May be able to pay a little more at lower end of value range Please Give Price and Appraisable Value For each property:
Let me know if buyer can access equity at closing (fully disclosed on HUD) Let me know if you have a copy of the appraisal in file and/or pictures. Let me know if you are direct to the seller or not. PLUS WE NEED YOUR NEEDS LIST! Please send me you/your clients needs. We have either got the properties in inventory or can locate them fairly quickly. Give us a shot.

Hello Fellow Investors,
Can you recommend a GOOD Hard Money Lender? One that can close a deal quickly; a HML that knows real estate investing. I need a true Hard Money Lender – We don’t need a subprime lender. Please send info on companies (or individuals) that you have had experience with. Prefer a nationwide lender, but send them all to me. Thanks A Million!
